Tom Gustavsson
CEOTom joined Nordic Drives Group as CEO in June 2023. He has a mechanical engineering background and worked within R&D, sales, and marketing before his first CEO position. Since then he has held CEO positions at companies in Sweden and internationally. Latest positions include Group Managing Director at Aalberts N.V., automotive and industry, CEO at Ventrex GmbH, and CEO at SEM AB.
Erik Flå
CFOErik started as CFO in May 2023. Before joining Nordic Drives Group he worked as Regional controlling manager for Quant, a company within industrial maintenance. He has also worked at Boliden as Group controller for many years and started his career as a management consultant at Accenture.
Johan Dahlin
COO SwedenJohan has been a member of the management of Nordic Drives Group since its inception in 2021, responsible for the Swedish operations. Previous owner/CEO of Krylbo Elektra AB and Falun Borlänge Elektra AB 2001-2021. He has almost 30 years of experience in the electric motor industry.
Nicolas Rosetto
Head of Strategic PurchasingNicolas joined Nordic Drives Group at the beginning of 2023. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, managing supply chain projects and supplier relationships, having worked for over 4 years as Global Category Manager in the electric motor industry in Denmark and over 6 years for WEG Group, as Global Procurement Analyst and Procurement Manager based in multiple locations internationally.
Per Karlsmose
CEO FabrikaPer joined in September 2024 as Fabrika's CEO and Nordic Drives Group Executive Board member. With leadership training in A.P. Møller-Mærsk, he has, as a transformational growth leader and passionate people manager, created historic record results for several companies, for example, STENA Recycling (CCO), MAN Energy Solutions GenSet & Power (Head of Global Division), and Babcock & Wilcox Renewable Energy (CEO). Global EMBA, CBS. Board of Directors education, INSEAD.
