The history of Nordic Drives Group

The Nordic Drives Group of companies was established in November 2021 with the first acquisition of two aftermarket companies in mid-Sweden. During 2022 four additional acquisitions were made within the aftermarket services segment. In late 2022, Fabrika A/S joined the Group, and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) vertical was added, with the ability to have its electric motors manufactured.

In 2023 a management team was put together to take charge, prepare the Group for expansion, execute the initial plans, and refine the strategy for the future. They were furthermore, realizing synergies within the Group and introducing supply chain gains due to Group size. During 2023, two acquisitions were made in the aftermarket vertical, one in Sweden and one in Denmark. In the first half of 2024, an additional acquisition was made in Denmark to strengthen the aftermarket vertical further.
