Ownership and Board of directors

Nordic Drives Group is owned by the entrepreneurs who used to run the companies that are now part of the Group and is backed by MVI, one of the oldest professional investment companies in Sweden that invests in small and medium-sized companies with good profitability and growth potential. MVI's network consists of around 100 entrepreneurs and business leaders who have invested in unlisted companies for over 20 years.

Jens Johansson

Chairman of the Board

Jens has been the CEO of Noxon AB, a former portfolio company of MVI, since 2014. Before this, he held various positions at ABB from 2001 to 2014. Jens has a Master of Science in Automation Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

Stefan Karlsson

Member of the Board

Stefan co-founded MVI with Daniel Nilsson in 2011. He has extensive experience in the finance and venture capital industries and a strong entrepreneurial background. Previously, Stefan worked at Barclays and EQT. He currently serves on the boards of Nordic Drives Group, Freedom Group, Biototal, Los Tacos AS, NestIT, and SMP Parts, and he is the owner responsible for MVI's investment in ECF. Stefan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Luleå University of Technology.

Christian Bylock

Member of the Board

Christian joined MVI in 2020 and has worked with Nordic Drives Group since the start in 2021. He has extensive experience in the financial sector and has worked over 9 years at BDO with audit, M&A, valuation, and financial due diligence. Christian is a board member of Nordic Drives Group, Los Tacos, and Nestit Group. Christian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and has studied at NHH, Norwegian School of Economics.

Johan Dahlin

Member of the Board

Johan has been a Nordic Drive Group board member since the start in 2021. Former owner/CEO of Krylbo Elektra AB and Falun Borlänge Elektra AB 2001-2021. He has almost 30 years of experience in the electric motor industry and has been an entrepreneur and business owner all his life with experience from several board assignments.

Kaspar Mikkelsen

Member of the Board

Kaspar founded Fabrika in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience in the electric motor industry. He has a background in marketing, having studied at Aarhus Business College, and has been an entrepreneur throughout his life. Currently, he is a board professional and investor.

Bjarne Olesen

Member of the Board

Bjarne is a seasoned board professional with extensive experience as a chairman and board member in Nordic and European companies. Among his previous positions, he served as the CEO of Wavin North East Europe. Bjarne holds degrees in engineering and economics.

Adilson Fonseca

Member of the Board

Adilson works as an Associate at MVI and has been a deputy board member of Nordic Drives Group since 2021. He also has previous experience in management consulting.
