We’re strengthening our sales team with two new hires in Denmark

At Nordic Drives Group, strengthening customer relations and expertise is always a priority. Recently, we welcomed two new colleagues to our Danish sales team, Dan Jensen and Jan Kristiansen, who both bring solid experience and fresh perspectives.

Dan Jensen: Sales across electromechanical services

Dan Jensen takes on the role of Sales Manager for our Danish companies, responsible for the electromechanical area at Midtjydsk Kran & Elektro, Aalestrup Elektro and Nielsen & Rønne. With 15 years of experience in the crane and elevator industry, including several years in senior sales roles, he is well-equipped to support customers with tailored solutions.

– This is an exciting industry with huge potential. Together with the management, I look forward to contributing to the strategic direction of the companies and helping to define new ways of meeting customer needs, Dan says.

Most recently, Dan worked as Sales Manager at an American elevator company, where he was responsible for service contracts and repair sales in Denmark. His strong background in relationship-based sales and in analyzing customer needs will now benefit our Danish customers.

Jan Kristiansen: Sales with with focus on crane service, lifting equipment and Dalmec manipulators

Jan Kristiansen joins as Key Account Manager with focus on crane service, lifting equipment and Dalmec manipulators at Midtjydsk Kran & Elektro. With more than a decade of experience in the crane industry, 14 years in the building materials sector, and additional expertise from the steel industry, he brings a solid and diverse background in sales across multiple sectors.

His career also includes over 25 years working remotely, often in larger organizations. At Midtjydsk Kran & Elektro, he was attracted by the opportunity to work in a smaller company setting with closer customer interaction. Today, he values the hands-on approach and close teamwork that come with being involved throughout the entire process.

– My strength as a strategic planner helps me manage the many different tasks in this role, and the tools I use are already proving successful, he says.
