Nordic Drives Group acquires Tängmans Process Automation AB

Tängmans Process Automation AB is an automation company specializing in advanced automation solutions, primarily within industry and infrastructure. TPA operates in the electrical sector with a focus on industrial and infrastructure projects and the area of operations is mainly within the Nordic region.

Tängmans Process Automation has a comprehensive broad expertise, solution-oriented approach and are specialists in all disciplines that are prerequisites for successful automation. Tängmans Process Automation AB is the first acquisition of a company that has a higher focus on automation besides installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of their installed base of automation systems.

The transaction was completed on November 26.
